During new game I choose a pre-made character instead of a customized new one (to speed up process and test mods compatibility). Basically doing so, the respec mod bugged. I had the same problem you do: can't get past this screen because I can't name my MC. So you need to disable the Respec mod via the mod manager, then talk to Anoriel; afterward you can re-enable the Respec mod, although there's no reason to leave it active when you're not respeccing.
