So put in 3-4 tempests, your best blades/traps, and prisms and heals if you're solo. you can make a bigger deck for the boss fights, but try not to exceed like 20 cards ever. I’ve done waterworks a countless amount of times on my other characters on wiz, and I don’t remember how I got the quest. I’m on my lvl 60 ice now, and whenever I go to crab alley, there is no quest for waterworks I can get from Herman (same goes for sohomer sunblade).Waterworks drop rate. so i've been farming waterworks for the past three days and almost thirty runs later just for the hat i still have not gotten it. its getting a bit ridiculous and my frustration is through the roof. please kingsisle increase the drop rates.
