For low level its gloomy eye for aoe (it gives a 4 pip death frog that hits all), past that getting feint death pets with death blades are great. It’s a nice jewel can have, and can definitely save you sometimes, but in my opinion, it isn’t worth the price. The cast rate is lower than any other healing may cast, as expected, so it will rarely cast. If you have the extra money, I’d say go for it.
