These changes will include ... The reason you need cores is so that someone who has 5 or 6 mules can't legendary craft without going to events and earning modules. The only way to get cores is by attending events. You can get modules by getting dropped legendary's from another character. Hence you are never supposed to run out of cores. 2.
IMHO, weapons and armor should roll just like SS armor does. 1 module per roll, you get 1-3 stars. This BS of 3 modules for a 3-star perk…just to get some junk is ridiculous. OR…even better, keep it like it is, but let us choose the 1st perk (bloodied, junkies etc..) and we deal with what we get for the other 2. You craft new items and make them legendary, like the old system but with all items. If you reroll, you are wasting (probably 40) scrip. The only time I would imagine a proper rerolling would take place is if you are short on materials (perhaps for advanced weapons and power armor) and overburdened with scrip items. ….
