The only way that Burntrap could be the Mimic is if Glitchtrap/Afton completely overtook the Mimic as a new host body to infect other animatronics with. I saw somewhere that Burntrap was Glitchtrap possessing the ruined remains of Springtrap or William Afton's body. Burntrap is William, the Mimic is it's own being. The Endoskeleton itself is most likely the Mimic. We know that the Mimic’s are controlled by Mimic1 so therefore he is Mimic1. Now we could theorize that William “merged” or is in control or partial control of it, but its still unkown.Neither, the simple fact that it have a leg fully endo show that it's no longer a springlock suit first of all.
