Spamming is the best way I have found myself, since the scavs will flee from one nade and run into the other. Me and a buddy just got killed by Scavs on Shoreline. We took one Scav out, and before even running after that kill, a grenade literally explodes in my face, killing me. I understand that this game is going in the hardcore direction, but scavs that are throwing grenades and them exploding in the air before they hit the ground is a bit too much.This is especially important as killing scav players also makes all AI hostile, there is no reason to be running around shooting everything on sight, save that for when you are PMC! It would be such a massive improvement to do something like this: First scav kill = -0.01 fence rep, plus a 24 hour timer begins. Additional scav kills during the timer increase the penalty by factor of 10 and reset the timer. (Second kill = -0.1, third kill = -1, etc). I think the system should penalize repeat offenders the most.Bosses can also be set off to kill anyone on sight.
