Toxin is the better all around choice, however if you have heat then you can have either 2 heat based dual (one is always the innate radiation) elements or have radiation and heat. Arca is a lot of fun to fool around with in terms of mods (you can 3x different status effects + 100% status chance, it do well with a crit build, it absolutely CRUSHES a packed hallway or doorway, etc). I like to use a magnetic progenitor, crit delay + damage, 60/60 viral, galv savvy + chamber, HM and a fire rate mod (I have a riven that gives fire rate, CD and heat)
