Can I do the following. 1, stop the array. 2, remove one of the disks from the cache pool in the settings. 3, add the new NVME into the pool. 4, restart the array to let it balance. 5, stop the array. 6, remove the smaller ssd leaving just the ... If you use a parity drive (or two) in an unraid volume you don't lose anything, which is the point of the parity drive. It doesnt replace a backup. Its not needed in ZFS pool as ZFS is a full LVM/FS so the redundancy (mirror/RAIDZx) is taken care of it. Files are only read off of the cache pool if the files exist on the cache.
