Im having difficulties getting past the bosses alone. Mods-Thorium, Calamity, Tremors. There isn't a huge selection pre-Plantera; Spider Armor is probably your only real option for pure Summoner. If you're OK with hybrid sets, Forbidden Armor is a pretty nice Summoner/Sorcerer set.
