I've got the same issue as well, can't confirm for Lighthouse, however on Streets of Tarkov just as soon as I load in after "Awaiting for sessions start..." I see everything, however when I try to move I'm stuck on the spot, shooting animations play but don't do anything and 3 seconds later I get disconnected with "Lost connection to server …I have a 3080 in my system and average 85 to 120 fps on 1440p with mid to high settings cause I like it to look more gooder. I'm having poor performance too. I've noticed a dramatic drop in average FPS after the swap over to Unity 2019 update. I used to average 50-80fps and am now floating between 40-60.

This time, I switched the resolution from 4K to 1440p, and my render latency instantly dropped down from 70ms to 9.9ms, along with a 34% improvement to average framerate. Not performing exactly as before, but extremely playable with that decreased render latency. Since patch 0.13, FPS drops after a while, especially playing in the Streets of Tarkov map. This issue is due to VRAM leak. For now, the only solution seems to be restarting the game.
