Has nothing to do with what spec, Crit is your 2nd stat behind Willpower right now, regardless. Crit and alacrity roughly equal, with the crit:alacrity ratio approximately 5:4. Use unlettered lethal mods and adept, initiative, and quick savant enhancements.Still just as speedy as Deception but damage works very differently. Hatred uses DoT (Damage over time) debuffs that tick each global cooldown. The playstyle is based around the interaction between the DoTs, other debuffs and procs.
