I would go with Munitions over Engineering. Pro attachments aren't the best ones in the game, and it's not all that uncommon to find a weapon with pro attachment attached to it already. I believe red talon contractors to be superior to any normal survivor unless you get really and I mean really lucky with the radomness of normal survivors.
