Stage One Productions was created by Greg Massay and Dee Massay. Greg and Dee, after working in the dance industry for more than 40 combined years, decided they could create a better dance competition. Thus Stage One was born. Greg and Dee strive to create a competition that provides the dancer with a positive, constructive environment.
