Most usenet indexers require an API key, which can be found in your Profile page on the indexer's website. Most torrent trackers require Prowlarr or Jackett to be used in Sonarr. Not a detailed tutorial but I use Sonarr (v3 preview) along with Jackett (indexer) and Arch-DelugeVPN as my torrent client. All of these run as docker containers. It's worked pretty flawlessly for 3+ years now. It's not terribly hard to figure out once you get the apps running.
