Apr 25, 2019 · Just started this pack up using 4.0.2 and am now at the stage where I want to make a seared smeltery. Found every other recipe for the smeltery except the controller!

You don't have a tank on the same level as the controller, also smeltery heat solely depends on the fuel used in the tanks, not on size. TiC itself only supports lava, I think SkyFactory3 has several other possible fuels added.
