Weather mods are lighting mods (exteriors). You should only use one. Don't use ELFX exteriors (it's a weather mod) with a weather mod and expect to have your weather mod running correctly. It tends to make exterior and interior lighting look better, and can be used with just about any other lighting or weather mod. It even makes flame spells and atronachs look better. I use it with the updated Obsidian port for exteriors, and alongside Luminosity and Window Shadows for interiors, and it looks gorgeous.In my opinion, lighting gives the overall biggest upgrade to visuals as opposed to textures, ELFX is still my go to lighting mod even in SSE.
