The stock was cracked, so I thought this would be a nice replacement. Then I saw that it took an extended butt plate, and tried to find one. Obviously no luck, but I seen similar stocks used on East German Karabiner-S.For price range, an average SKS will run you about $400 for a Russia/Norinco/Yugo. Unissued and/or numbers matching will close in on $600 depending on condition. EDIT: All countries of origin are good, with Russia (Tulsa), China (Norinco), and Yugoslavia being the most common.
