Skipped frames due to encoding lag

I've noticed I only get skipped frames when alt-tabing. Im using nvenc on a 2060 super and a 5900x. I think its pretty normal especially if you are tabing in a lot. If its happening without alt tabing less than 1% isn't really much to worry about. as long at its not a huge spike of skipped frames in a short time.
