"Keypad not connected to WiFi." Another call to the support number! Got connected right away, went through 5 minutes of troubleshooting with CS and a new Keypad is on the way. I had a feeling before the Base Station failed that the Keypad had a problem as well, but failed to mention it when troubleshooting the Base Station.
