For those who don't raid - Last Wish secret chests can also drop red borders. This is nice because you can easily get a Shuro Chi checkpoint and get to the secret chest in about 1 minute. The Morgeth checkpoint also has a chest close by, but is slightly harder to get. Check youtube for guides on crossing the gap. The secret ones in DSC do but do the last wish ones drop them? Nope.
