Turns out you can't use the Voice Chat Feature if you're playing on the Microsoft Store version of Roblox, you need to download it on your browser and play it that way. I got my voice chat aka spatial voice suspended on my account for a couple days. When I returned to the day I was unsuspended, it worked for an hour or two before completely stopping.
