I realize that you might be unluckier, but the usefulness of Gifts drops dramatically with each one you get, so I'd rather they not be too common anyway. The thing with Kadala is you don't just gamble to get an item type, you game to get better rolled items ...GR +90 drops the most ítems per hour, thats why. Kadala doesn't give Ramaladni's Gift. You'll just have to kill monsters and hope it drops. The best way I've found to get them is to simply do GRs. They drop the most legendaries in the least amount of time, which maximizes the number of rolls you get at trying to see Ramaladni's drop.It's all luck. I normally have abysmal luck with Ramaladni’s… Soul Shards drops at Rank 0 and can be upgraded up to 3 times to unlock new powers using a new consumable, the Hellforge Ember. These can be found anywhere with a droprate similar to Ramaladni's Gift. Additionally, Soul Shards can be used as Caldesann's Despair on your gear.Yeah, save your first gift for a BiS weapon. The RNG on Ramaladni's can be a bitch. I had 8(!) gifts drop for me in a single week. I assumed Blizz had increased the droprate of them then so i gave a few of them away to clanmates. But after that I went 6-7 weeks without a single gift dropping and running out of gifts.
