I’ve looked into the Smokes like a boss mods for the Pit Boss Pros series 1150 and was wondering if I needed both the heat diffuser and flame tamer to achieve consistent temps across the barrel? My plan is to install only the diffuser on the temp probe side that way I can keep sear plate capability. But smoking temps are my priority on this ...
