Spell focus: evocation seems downright bad. Angel attack spells are mostly conjuration, and you don't have any spell pen feats/abilities, so your normal cleric offensive spells will suck.Maybe pick up Allied Spellcaster for more spell penetration, but even that is unnecessary. Pick a solid element (Water, Earth, Air) for Act 1 of Wrath. Kingmaker can go Energy right off the bat. While you can play an element in Act 1, resistances may frustrate you. At Mythic 1, pick the Energy type you plan on using.Most simple build is TSS 9/ bard 11, for Inspire courage +3 ab and damage. Furthermore, 4 levels of Dragon Disciple or hellknight signifier can be considered, both giving progression in spell casting. At level 13 you get lvl 5 spells for bard, but besides greater heroism they are not that good, and heroism is also on Wizard spell list.
