Honestly the p365xl already shoots flatter than a p320 compact and x carry, it just has more felt recoil (force right into the hand) than the 320. The bigger surface area of the grip on the MACRO helps spread out the force on the hand and the slide comp helps as well. The difference is slight but noticeable.So there is a company that makes a longer slide for the macro to replace the comped slide.
