Oura ring soft reset
I have a Gen 3 oura ring I got this year in April. It was working absolutely fine & pretty smooth up till 10 days ago when the sleep data gets stuck syncing half way, the app isn't allowing me to soft reset or hard reset the ring as it says failed. I tried deleting the app & re-pairing it to my phone but it causes the same issue every morning. To help prevent scratches and increase the longevity of your ring: Wear your Oura Ring on your non-dominant hand to reduce the amount of contact with various surfaces and objects you interact with on a daily basis. Avoid wearing other rings adjacent to your Oura Ring. Other rings may scratch your Oura Ring while rubbing against it.
