This allows for some safespotting with monsters that take up 2+ squares. For example, I can range blue dragons and get them trapped behind stalagmites, but still have my arrows picked up because ...assembler and accumulator have range accuracy whereas the cape doesnt. assembler also has range strength, making it the best by far for nearly everything. cape only has defense and prayer bonus.
