Yes there is a permenant marker everywhere you are that shows you right where your base is. You can warp too it too. If you have a teleporter on your base you can teleport directly to it from anywhere. However, out of the 6 I've found so far, 5 require Antimatter to repair, and I only got my hands on 1 antimatter - the one for the storyline.
