I have fired, new hired, broke the town hall block, deleted the sctructurize folder and nothing is doing it. Please help me. This happens everytime I try to play with one building or another.

If the builder has the necessary items in their personal inventory, or you have couriers and the items are in the warehouse, the missing items are considered accounted for. If the builder has access to some of the items they need, they won't request more until they run out if I recall.Does the build speed of the Builder ever increase with levels gained?
