So I've been studying the MileDown MCAT decks and I'm noticing I'm only given 20 new cards per day. Honestly just depends on how many new cards per day you're willing to take on. It took me a little over 2 weeks adding 150ish cards/day. Very doable. Just go for the milesdown or anking deck. It strikes the middle ground between being comprehensive but also not incredibly in depth. It seems that this is what happens: 1. When you import the deck into the computer version of Anki, Anki becomes slow (after it finishes importing). 2. However, if you close the Anki application and then open it again, the slowness is permanently gone. When you finish importing this deck, close Anki's window and then load it up again.u/SolooXFury and u/o_o_o_k just saw you're messages, if you go to browse you'll see that the decks are made with tags not only for Kaplan Chapters of each Kaplan subject (Biochemistry, Chemistry, Bio, etc.) they also have single tags for topics as well. From there, if you want to work on certain chapters you can suspend cards and just work on ... You really need to be taking practice tests and use the AAMC QPACKS and SBs. However, if you're asking if for the resource of ANKI alone, if you only use one deck you'll be fine. 99% of people I know only use one deck. But they add/take away from the deck as needed. So no one should use the miledown deck. It's completely outdated. We are all using the anking v2 deck, which is newer than jack sparrow, and i'd wager plenty of people have done well with it. Moreover, JS is still poorly formatted. You can do what you want, but it just isn't written well. Content is great ofc.I used Milesdown for PS review (hence my 130), I thought it is pretty good. Miledowns is a very strong deck with a lot of high yield stuff, I think if you add practice questions thats all you need. But check out other decks or just download them see if you like the level of content and style.
