Hi Just received my MB 800. Did the initial 250F for 60 mins and 400 for 30 mins. Everything went well. Next day...to preseason..I lined the grates and the sides of the grill with vegetable oil and next thing you know the digital temperature stopped working. It wouldn't go above 150-200F sometimes going up other times down...while with a infared temp I could see the gri The fan on my MB800 died on Christmas eve (just 10 days out of warranty). Due to bad weather, I was not able to get out to diagnose the issue until Jan 6th, at which point I bought two fans from Masterbuilt. After it was not shipped for a week, I contacted support, they told me it was shipped that day.
