Any and i …I have recently gotten fallout 4 on pc dvd and finally got to play it. i have started the character creater and when i go to choose stuff like eybrows, hair, scars etc. it is named LOOKUP FAILED instead of the actual name. i also went to interact with doors and such and its also named LOOKUP FAILED. i looked this problem up and it happens to people with mods but i have no UI Mods whatsoever no ...So im probably asking something that has be solved but im not able to find the solution. in the main menu settings under audio all i see is lookup failed. also im character creation i see the same thing when looking thru the options. i restarted my game and the fail save said lookupfailed also. i have no mods on and also none of the DLC. i have verified and reinstalled. again sorry if there is ...

If you are using Full Dialogue Interface you will need the corresponding LOOKUP FAILED mod fix. There are other lookup failed fixes elsewhere. Essentially, any mod that changes UI settings has the potential to cause this problem. Updated for Fallout 4 version 1.10.163-----The Full Dialogue Interface mod replaces some files in the data/strings folder in order to function. Had this too and instantly realized its a sorting mod, if you have mods installed, and use mods that change that folder in particular, whenever a update drops make sure to check if the mods you are using have been updated to work with the new game update. 2 ...1.
