Litter robot blue light blinking but not full

It's really annoying. Thank you for helping, it's appreciated. both errors are linked to the 4 pin connector (blue light is the DFI yellow light is the pinch sensor - same component) I would open the motor compartment, unplug and replug the 4 pin connector.
