Ice's best utility support spell is Legion Shield, but other schools can use that as a TC. However, harder dungeons tend to have bosses that hit hard and have a lot of resist, so an Ice tank that uses legion shield can be welcomed, as the pierce would cancel out with the legion shield, making them great choices in a dungeon.Depends on your goal. Once you get to the super end-game you'll mostly want stats (damage and resistance) because your pet may accidentally trigger a cheat on a boss. But if you're not min-maxing then having maycasts is fine as well. Not a bad set-up; weakness is super fun, disarm can be useful and mythspear is ok.
