I’m not too sure about raids, but slayer it is obsolete because you lose set bonus with slayer helm on. Well it’s more than +6 because to get the justiciar set effect you need the helmet too. So you’re also giving up the additional +5 or +6 of a serp helm or face guard, or the bonuses of a slayer helm. +12 str vs being a bit tankier (bandos is pretty tanky as well don’t forget) is an easy choice in most situationsToday I got my hands on the new Justiciar Armour-set from the Theatre of Blood.
