Vampire lord can be turned as many times as you want, assuming you are asking that. Serana will always offer the option to be a vampire and you can always talk to the dawnguard to get the cure option, assuming you did the dawnguard side. I have done it three times already. In Serana's leveling script they actually remove her drain spells correctly but since her lowest drain spell is a base spell, RemoveSpell function does not remove that spell. This mod removes drain02 from her base spells and adds it through her leveling script. Serana Uses her vampiric drain even after getting cured. This should fix the issue.If you tell Serana to wait between these two quests, you will not be able to tell her to follow you again. At the completion of 'Touching the Sky', her option to follow you will be reenabled. She will still appear at quest locations as she is needed.
