Increase the spawn rate of "Giant Seps". I've been waiting for this Fate to spawn for 3 days. This is my last requirement to complete my first book. I work mon-fri 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Taste of Fear drops at least 3 times per hour if there are FATE leveling parties about. There's absolutely no way any tool can predict that stuff. With my BLM relic I was stalled at the books since mid-Heavensward, and I just finished it a couple months ago. They're overwhelming, but I got past them by just committing to one or two a day.
