So if you've been passing without major Fracture, that change would likely counteract the nerf. But in late game group content, major fracture is already up pretty much all the time, so the nerf is the only relevant aspect.Caltrops is really only useful against zergs or in PVE. I would stick to Noxious for anything that isn't zerg fighting. Major Fracture is a pretty good chunk of extra damage. As far as the animation is concerned, you can just block cancel it. Noxious doesn't have a cast time and the damage/debuff both go out instantly. ….
