Band Steering (now out of Labs, called Client Steering) - the only feature to have graduated out of eero Labs. Definitely safe for a majority of networks since it's on by default now. I imagine 1-3 have stayed in Labs for so long just because eero can't ensure they will work for every network flawlessly.
