In my experience working here, we've been able to (not often) unload trailers a day early if they get to the building early enough. So, it happens, but I wouldn't count on it... I have UPS MyChoice and they(UPS) never informed/notify me of the change before delivery and according to the other poster, UPS is supposed to let me know UPS will be in the area to deliver the SurePost package themselves but that never showed up on my tracking number.Yeah I was mostly skeptical of the weird response from the Amazon CSA. I know accidents happen & UPS drivers are doing their best! It was just a strange response to say “UPS marks things delivered & will deliver it 2 days later all the time!”. I highly doubt that’s common UPS practice. Hopefully the package turns up!
