I'm an incoming MS1 who hopes to apply to derm in the future, but I am currently torn between these two schools. I've listed the major Pros/Cons for both and would greatly appreciate any insight or recommendations.

Slim pickings as far as derm research goes right now due to covid. Any advice for picking up some derm research? I was thinking about emailing programs where research years are offered and asking to see if they have any projects they need help with in the mean time.Any general medical conference that typically takes student work (ie conferences/forums hosted by your institution). In addition to AAD and SID, MDS (occurs near AAD), WDS, DIGA virtual conference… and probably many many more! I think even Maui derm conference might accept student work? DIGA might have a list. The only data I have to review is step 2 following a strong step 1. 250's should be fine, high enough to avoid getting screened out anywhere. Strong work!
