The DGC will advise the President on the development and enforcement of the University’s Data Governance Policy. While the DGC will operate in an advisory role, only the CIO retains the authority to approve and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards. The CIO appoints Committee members.The Postgraduate Diploma in Information Governance (PGDipInfoGov) prepares students for careers in fields related to the governance of data and personal information.
