They can definitely be OP against bosses because of the DPS. But most boss melting blades using the twin blades use lightning or dark moon blade. They are still a bit OP for PVE though. I’d recommend grabbing another Dex weapon that interests you as well. There’s plenty of titanite in the game so you can upgrade multiple weapons.
