Mobile Food Pantry. The Mobile Food Pantry is an outreach program of Harrison County Community Services, Inc. and Dare to Care Food Bank designed to bring nutritional food and fresh into your area. This program is open to the public. There are now two Mobile Food Pantries in Harrison County, both held on the 2nd Saturday of each month.Mobile Food Pantry.
