We go there several times per year to hike, camp, or sometimes spend Christmas in the cabins. There is something to enjoy there regardless of the season. It is a great place for people of all ages. Well worth visiting. The hiking trails are really good--from easy to difficult, take your pick. Lovely old trees, mossy paths, flint and sandstone. Great variety of birds--chickadees, crows, cardinals, woodpeckers, geese, ducks, seagulls, and even some pelicans. There are lots of good RV and tenting spots.
