Best relics for any build are Kumawakamaru and Atman. All around decent relics are Dora, Fortuna and Dogcog. Chronos and Bubos would come next (IMHO). If you're an active build then Vaagur and Sniperino become pretty decent. Other skill relics (but not clickstorm) would be next tier.
