I'm trying to figure out what settings will let me get a consistent 30 FPS in Samus Returns (Right now it fluctuates around 20-30 FPS), but I can't tell if playing in fullscreen mode is having any effect because the status bar isn't visible while in fullscreen.Default Keyboard Bindings.
