I recently completed the Serge Nubret Chest Workout posted by MusclePharm. This workout puts you through tons and tons of volume. Set after set and rep after rep of chest crushing exercises. I definitely recommend mixing this workout into your regular routine, however, don't plan on using your chest for a couple of days afterwards!
