Having more DPS is good, but saving up for more support can make life easier. The issue of sub commander (or sub spam) is weak (super) ceramics cleanup. Try r76 in sandbox mode, and you'll find flagship does way better than subcomm. You need several t5 towers as well if you want a degree 100 paragon which you cant even get solo. For Dart paragon you need 3 players, for ninja and boomerang you need 4 players to achieve 100.
