Male Saiyans have the highest basic attack in the game. This means you can put a decent amount of points in basic attack sand still do good damage here. If you’re doing PvE, which is more reliant on super attacks, I wouldn’t focus on basic attack much. If you’re doing PvP, I would put a lot of points in basic attack. For instance, a Freezer race can't compete with a Female Majin or a Male Saiyan in strike supers but a short skinny Freezer I think has the highest blast potential in game.
